Chapter 1 Blog 1

In this chapter, Vonnegut makes reference to a song. The song is repetitive and continues "on to infinity". As it goes, the first line is,"My name is Yon Yonson" and then it continues. Throughout the chapter, Vonnegut uses this first line to show that he is getting away from writing his book.  As he writes he goes away from what he is attempting to get across and ends up back where he started as the song goes.
